Your Office Visit
Thoroughness is the key to an accurate diagnosis and is essential to expediting the treatment program. Previous medical records, including past and recent laboratory studies, X-rays, MRI scans and reports and Bone Density reports should be obtained by the patient prior to the actual visit. To facilitate your treatment, part-time residents should obtain their records of the summer’s medical events before their fall appointment. Your health is our most important concern; therefore, we want all the pertinent information that can be obtained. To our new patients, due to the extensive paperwork that must be filled out, we request that you be present at the office at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please be aware that every year you are required to sign new authorizations for your treatment and to provide any changes in your insurance coverage.
